 1. Caritas Manila (1994-2002) Caritas Manila is a non-profit organization that provides help for the people who suffered poverty and hunger. Caritas Manila, however, produced a series of advertisements that contains distressing themes accompanied by an ominous background music that startled the viewers in the mid-90s to early 2000s. Facebook user named Ernesto Lucas becomes viral on Facebook started from June 12, 2016 after posting harsh comments against the poor people especially the student studying at the public school and the people who uses old and Android phones. Lucas claimed to be the "rich kid" and to have been live in California City, California. Lucas has another account named "Paul Cruzado Heimrath". A. The school In this screenshot above, Heimrath (formerly Ernesto Lucas) describes the students, who studying at the public school, as "pulubi" (English: "beggar").
